Esteban Saldarriaga leads LPA with a strategic vision shaped by over 15 years in real estate investment and finance across Latin America.
Before his appointment as CEO, he served on LPA’s Board and held leadership roles at Jaguar Growth Partners and Grupo Gloria. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá.
Paul Smith brings over 15 years of financial leadership experience across public and private companies.
With a strong background in structuring, M&A, and strategy, he has held CFO roles in asset-heavy and asset-light businesses and previously worked at McKinsey & Co.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Universidad Panamericana, Mexico.
Annette Fernandez oversees LPA’s operational excellence, leveraging nearly two decades in logistics and finance.
Prior to joining LPA, she spent 13 years at Prologis and 5 years at PwC, leading key initiatives in efficiency and performance.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez.
Eduardo Nakash joined LPA in 2025 with two decades of experience in real estate and finance.
He previously held leadership roles at MIRA, TC Latin America Partners, Evercore, and O’Donnell, driving industrial development, investment structuring, and IPO execution across the region.
He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from ITAM and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Guillermo Zarco has led LPA’s operations in Colombia since 2016, bringing deep expertise in logistics and asset management.
He previously served as Logistics Portfolio Manager at Terranum.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes and a master’s in Supply Chain Management from the University of Aix-en-Provence, France.
Luis Conejo has been Country Manager of Costa Rica since 2024, following four years as Property Manager at LLP.
With an architectural background and over a decade in real estate management, he brings a unique blend of technical and business expertise.
He holds an MBA and a BA from Universidad Latina and studied Architecture at Universidad Autónoma de Centroamérica.
With more than 15 years of management experience, Alvaro Chinchayán leads LPA’s operations in Peru.
He previously served as General Manager at BSF Almacenes del Perú and Papelera Alfa.
He holds an MBA from INCAE Business School and a degree in Civil Engineering from Ricardo Palma University, Peru.

He currently serves on the boards of Heliogen Inc. and the Goldman Environmental Foundation, and has advised global corporates and private equity firms on transactions and growth strategy.
Mr. Lazarus holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of York and is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW).
An accomplished executive with experience in technology, logistics, and brand strategy, Françoise Lavertu is co-CEO of AUBA, a San Francisco-based AI supply chain optimization firm.
She previously held leadership roles at Tesla in Latin America and co-founded South View Studio, advising companies on innovation and brand development.
Ms. Lavertu holds degrees in Commerce (McGill University) and Statistics (HEC) and serves on several corporate and non-profit boards.
Currently Digital Director at Coppel, Gloria Canales Saldaña has deep expertise in e-commerce, retail, and digital transformation across Latin America.
She previously held leadership roles at Amazon Mexico and is a member of the Fundación Harvard en México board.
Ms. Canales Saldaña holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in Economics (ITESM) and International Business (University of British Columbia).

Mr. Marquina holds a Master’s in Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa, Madrid.

Executive Vice President of Urbana, a vertically integrated real estate company based in Chile, Diego Durruty has more than 25 years of experience in development, investment, and strategic partnerships.
He has collaborated with leading global firms such as Equity International, Kimco Realty, and Prudential Real Estate, and founded fintech B21 and retail brand DBarbers.
Mr. Durruty studied Architecture and Management at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
